Adidas Elevation ClimaCool

Elevation ClimaCool is the new adidas eyewear designed in collaboration with professional athletes. It makes use of leading-edge technologies with a single objective: to guarantee maximum visibility in all weather conditions.

The result was achieved thanks to an inter-exchange of information and direct contact with the practical experience of extreme sports professionals like Toma Humar, Robert Jasper, François Damilano, Daniel Du Lac and Mike Kueng.

Thanks to the exclusive ClimaCool technology from which the collection takes its name, the glasses have a dynamic ventilation system and guarantee the correct level of humidity. This is made possible by the special vents that allow air to enter, direct it, and channel it out again for humidity evaporation. The vents in the soft sponge band are inclined and direct the air towards the lenses, which usually suffer most from fogging.

ClimaCool technology functions whether your moving or completely stationary. Elevation ClimaCool glasses are suitable for extreme sports, perfect for mountaineering, climbing on ice, or paragliding. They have already won the prestigious Ispo outdoor award 2003, presented every year during Munich's Ispo fair, for the best sports eyewear.

The Performance Insert, an ophthalmic addition for blended lenses, which is easily inserted in the sunglasses, makes them the ideal solution for those requiring corrective lenses but don't want to use contact lenses.
