Valentino at Silmo, Bold Shapes and Original Colorations

The new collection of Valentino sunglasses and optical eyewear proposes bold shapes and surprising colors.
In the mask models with squared or teardrop shapes, the metal frame rests on the single lens, while a sophisticated chromatic inset distinguishes the bridge, functioning as a support for the nose pads. The colors are antique gold, ruthenium and pewter with lenses in gold-mirrored green, silver-mirrored amber, mirrored and nuanced purple, mauve and flash bronze

The models in metal, marked by large shapes and temples in acetate, are feminine and seductive. The lateral parts of the front are perforated to show off the original design of the frames. The grain of the horn in the earpieces has been dyed to match the lenses.
The elegance and impeccable style of Valentino are manifested in the masks with the upper corner of the lens adorned by a handsome metal inset.

The entire collection clearly displays the sophistication of the design with the sinuosity of the lines and the workmanship of the temples and the insets in metal. The rich, warm tones of Havana and red horn profile lenses in smoke and brown.
Squared and boasting a mannish flair, the models in acetate are characterized by a metal bar on the part above the bridge and they are proportioned in both the mask version and the ones with the double bridge. Red, blue, military green and brown are combined with gold, palladium and ruthenium.
