
IdolEyez LLC Appoints M & A Firm to Further Expansion Program
IdolEyez LLC ("IdolEyez") of San Francisco has appointed a boutique mergers and acquisitions consulting company based out of New York City to locate suitable eyewear retailers for acquisition in the New York and Los Angeles areas.
Corporate expansion will be realized in a three-part growth strategy combining organic and acquisition-driven development, with franchising cultivation. The M & A firm will survey and present business opportunities that are available for purchase, acquisition or merger with the company. The term of the appointment is for a period of one year. Over the term of the contract the M & A firm shall attempt to establish and disclose to IdolEyez the desirable candidates.
Currently, the high-end optical annual sales in the U.S. are estimated at $5.76 billion. Expansion into New York and Los Angeles will allow IdolEyez to gain a greater foothold among the 40 million high-end consumer target market in the United States. IdolEyez' retail outlet, operating as Eyez 2.0, delivers an improved buying experience by featuring an original collection of trend-setting eyewear presented within a modern, uncluttered environment.
The store is complimented by revolutionary, state-of-the-art digital imaging systems that enable clients to view themselves in frame styles prior to buying. The Company also offers house calls, and off-hour appointment scheduling with the onsite optometrists and opticians to serve the client's every need.
