A New Vice President for Bausch & Lomb

David R. Nachbar joins Bausch & Lomb as senior vice president - Human Resources. As a corporate officer, Nachbar is a member of the Bausch & Lomb Corporate Strategy Board. Previously, Nachbar was senior vice president - Human Resources for The St. Paul Companies, Inc., St. Paul, Minnesota; vice president - Human Resources and chief of staff - Asia for Citibank NA; and held various Human Resources posts at PepsiCo and Time Warner Inc. A native of New Jersey, Nachbar received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, Ithaca, N.Y., in 1984.
