“Non sono solo ‘parole al vento’ quando diciamo di essere orgogliosi di lavorare per voi”. Con questo messaggio i dipendenti di Fleye hanno presentato ai tre titolari il regalo per i 10 anni di attività: un giro in mongolfiera. Il testo prosegue: “Per continuare lo straordinario percorso dell’azienda e raggiungere nuove vette è importante sapere in quale direzione soffia il vento. Dall’alto vedrete tutto da un nuovo punto di vista e una visione più ampia vi aiuterà a scegliere la direzione da seguire in futuro. Con questo regalo desideriamo augurarvi buon anniversario e regalarvi un nuovo inizio per il prossimo decennio”. Ci sono voluti tre anni prima che gli innumerevoli impegni dei proprietari coincidessero con perfette condizioni meteorologiche. La mongolfiera è partita dal giardino di Fleye nella villa di Barfredshøj, sede della società, e i dipendenti hanno potuto seguire l’evento dalla terrazza."It is not just hot air when we say: we are proud to be working for you”, those were the words from the employees at Fleye when they presented the anniversary 13th years gift to the three owners: a ride in a hot air balloon. And continued: “In order to continue the company impressive journey and reach new record highs, it’s important to know which way the wind blows. You should be able to see things from up above and take a bigger view, to set the direction for the future. With this gift, we would therefore like to give you a good start into the new decade and wish you congratulations with the anniversary." It took three years before the three people's busy schedules were brought together and weather conditions were perfect. The ascent took place in Fyey's own garden at Barfredshøj manor house, HQ of the company. The employees could therefore watch the entire event from the terrace.
