Rud. Rasmussen celebra il centenario della Faaborg Chair di Kaare Klin, innovativa icona del design, con un’edizione speciale in esclusiva e una versione numerata per l’anniversario. Nel 1914, a soli 26 anni, Kaare Klint collabora con l’architetto Carl Petersen per la progettazione di un set di mobili unico per il Faaborg Museum che viene ufficialmente inaugurato nel 1915. Il risultato dello sforzo comune porta alla nascita della Faaborg Chair – un progetto che più tardi rappresenterà il primo classico del moderno design danese. Per celebrare il 100° anniversario Rud. Rasmussen produce due edizioni speciali, la prima di dieci pezzi che rende omaggio all’originale, la seconda in noce per l’anniversario i cui primi 100 esemplari saranno numeratiRud. In 1914, when he was only 26, Kaare Klint worked with architect Carl Petersen on designing a set of unique furniture for the Faaborg Museum, which was officially inaugurated in 1915.Both their efforts resulted in the Faaborg Chair – a project that later would represent the first classic in modern Danish design. To celebrate its 100th anniversary, Rud. Rasmussen has produced two special editions: the first has ten pieces and pays homage to the original; in walnut, the second is for the anniversary and the first 100 pieces will be numbered.
