Unire le forze per garantire un futuro migliore alle donne contadine in Mozambico. Questo l’ambizioso obiettivo di Istituto Oikos Onlus - ONG milanese impegnata da 20 anni in Italia e nel Sud del mondo nella tutela dell’ambiente, per uno sviluppo sostenibile - e Jewelry Green, brand emergente della gioielleria italiana che realizza monili dal design unico e originale, in armonia con la natura e i suoi elementi. Dal 29 giugno fino al 31 ottobre, acquistando un gioiello della collezione Uterus, Jewelry Green donerà il 10% del ricavato al progetto di Istituto Oikos “Dal seme al piatto”, per aiutare concretamente le contadine del Distretto di Cabo Delgado, in Mozambico. L’iniziativa prevede infatti la creazione di Pemba Verde, un’impresa sociale che riunisce 25 associazioni di agricoltori locali.Join forces to guarantee a better future for woman in rural Mozambique. This is the ambitious objective of Milanese non-profit institute Oikos Onlus – ONG that for 20 years in Italy and the southern hemisphere has been committed to protecting the environment and sustainable development, and Jewelry Green, an emerging Italian jewelry brand that makes unique and original jewels in tune with nature and its elements. From June 29 through October 31, Jewelry Green will donate 10% of the purchase price of jewelry in the Uterus collection to the Istituto Oikos project “From the Seed to the Plate”, to tangibly help the women of the Cabo Delgado province of Mozambique. The initiative includes the creation of Pemba Verde, a social enterprise that unites 25 local farmers’ associations.
