Gli Istituti di Certificazione di Longarone assumono a tempo indeterminato 4 figure professionali, portando ad oltre 40 il numero di giovani bellunesi nell'organico Certottica e Dolomiticert credono nel Jobs Act di Matteo Renzi e assumono a tempo indeterminato 4 giovani bellunesi: gli istituti di Longarone, che da sempre hanno puntato sulle eccellenze del territorio, nell'anno appena iniziato integreranno l'organico portando ad oltre 40 le risorse del territorio impiegate. Per Certottica sono stati assunti 3 tecnici di laboratorio: due giovani feltrine laureate in Chimica all'Università di Padova e una di Pedavena, laureata in Ingegneria a Trento. Nel team Dolomiticert, invece, è entrato un laureato in Giurisprudenza a Padova, per gestire l'Area Europrogettazione. Un passo ardito in questo momento di crisi - voluto dal Direttore Generale, Luigino Boito, d'intesa con il Presidente, Floriano Pra – perché non è molto chiaro il futuro degli incentivi INPS previsti nella riforma del Premier: "E' necessario dar fiducia ai nostri giovani – hanno dichiarato i vertici – perché se ogni realtà si impegnasse a credere in loro aggiungerebbe una goccia all'iniezione di fiducia della quale la nostra economia ha davvero bisogno. Ricordiamo che a Certottica e Dolomiticert oggi opera un ventaglio di 44 laureati provenienti da tutta la provincia. Noi abbiamo preso questa decisione perché siamo convinti che le tre risorse porteranno benefici concreti, anche se temiamo che un domani a livello europeo le agevolazioni triennali per il pagamento dell'INPS verranno reclamate come concorrenza sleale. A questo proposito, per tutelare le nostre aziende e i nostri dipendenti, abbiamo predisposto un fondo di riserva".
