The jewels of Ferré
In Turin’s Palazzo Madama, the Sala del Senato opens its doors to host the Gianfranco Ferré exhibition, Under a different light: Jewels and Ornaments. The exhibition, which is open to the public from 12th October 2017 to 19th February 2018 and is organised by the Gianfranco Ferré Foundation and the Fondazione Torino Musei, features a world premiere of 200 jewelitems cutting across the entire creative narrative of the famous Italian maison. Ornaments have always been inextricably linked to the fashion designer’s collections, and a dedicated and often innovative approach has been kept for them - one which is never inferior to that for clothing. The items on display were created for fashion shows dating from 1980 to 2007.
