Silver anniversary for De Rigo Vision

De Rigo Vision awarded fourteen people who will be celebrating their silver anniversary as employees of the company. The ceremony took place during the annual Christmas event at which De Rigo family members meet their employees in person. Opened in 1978 by brothers Ennio and Walter De Rigo as a small artisan company with 30 employees, it still has a family atmosphere of sharing and extreme attention to relationships, even though it now employs over 3,000 people, worldwide, and has a management structure.This is the key to De Rigo’s success: an entrepreneurial story of people, valuable relationships, constant research, artisan creative processes, important brands, stylistic innovation and quality. The award went to 14 employees who have been contributing to the company’s success for 25 years.
