Giorgio Fedon & Figli leaves Euronext Paris

September 14 was the last day that Fedon stock was listed on Euronext Paris. As of the following day, Fedon shares can be traded exclusively on the AIM Italia market. From that day, stakeholders who decided not to take part in the voluntary sale procedure initiated in France on August 22 and ended on September 5, can sell their shares to AIM under the conditions determined by their financial intermediaries. Fedon shares were removed from Euroclear France on September 20, 2017. Until December 31, 2017, French stakeholders can apply to Equita SIM for the acquisition of up to a maximum of 99 shares from each holder who is still in possession of shares at Euroclear following the voluntary sale procedure that ended on September 5, 2017.(Photo: Callisto Fedon, Presidente, Maurizio Schiavo, AD)
