Alessi wins Good Design Award

Alessi has won the Good Design Award for five products: “Pulcina” espresso coffee maker by Michele De Lucchi; “Sfrido” potato peeler by Valerio Sommella; “Ribbon” bottle holder by UnStudio; “Time Maze” wall clocks by Daniel Libeskind; “Ora In” and “Ora Out” by Giulio Iacchetti.Set up in Chicago in 1950 by architects Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, and Edgar Kaufmann Jr., the Good Design Award is one of the world’s most authoritative prizes for design and graphics. Every year the international recognition is presented to designers and manufacturers who propose new, visionary and innovative projects that are also inventive and unique.
