New Arper showroom in the Big Apple

Arper, the Italian design company in the home and contract sector, debuts in New York with the opening of a showroom in a 350 m² loft in Soho. Located in an early twentieth-century building, the space on the second floor is illuminated by classic large windows typical of that period, which flood the loft with natural sunlight. From the windows one can also admire the majestic columns of the historic façade, a contrast that exalts the minimalist design within, a project that was entrusted to New York architect Solveig. The artistic direction of the products exhibition was curated by the Barcelona-based studio of Lievore Altherr Molina, a historic Arper designer who has also designed most of its collections. The showroom presents Arper collections that range from chairs to divans, tables, accessories, and soundproofing panels.
