Jeans For Refugees exhibition goes to London

Jeans For Refugees is a global artistic project dedicated to supporting refugees all over the world. The initiative sprang from John Dar’s desire to do something about the biggest humanitarian crisis of our times.It has inspired 100 important personalities to donate a pair of their jeans, which are then painted and turned into works of art by Dar himself. The stars involved include Salma Hayek, Julianne Moore, Ryan Gosling, Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, Benicio Del Toro, Karlie Kloss, Sir Elton John, Claudia Schiffer, Harry Styles, Sharon Stone, Pink and many others. The JFR collection first appeared in Berlin, New York City and Milan and will end with the exhibition at the Saatchi Gallery in London from October 24 through 30, where all 100 works will be on display at the same time for the final show.
