"Greenery" is the color for 2017

The Pantone Color Institute, the top authority in the color sector, which every year decides the trend-setting shades, has announced the color for 2017: “Greenery”. This is a cool, tangy green-yellow that recalls the early days of spring, when the many shades of green in nature reawaken, brighter and more beautiful than ever before. “Greenery bursts into 2017 to give us that reassuring sensation we yearn for in such a complex social and political context. Meeting our continual desire for rejuvenation and revitalization, Greenery symbolizes our wish to recover a link with nature and with others and to set ourselves a more important goal”. These are the words of Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute, who recently featured in an interview about color trends.
