Barton Perreira launches Allied Metal Works

Created by veterans of design, Allied Metal Works is the new collection launched by Barton Perreira as a “Technical Luxury” brand. The collection features the screwless hinge by Gunnar Gunnarsson, which holds the frame together by means of a strong titanium spring. The first collection will include 20 models in stainless steel and is designed by Patty Perreira, who commented: “My aim with Allied Metal Works was to create frames that were both functional and wonderful. It was important to me not to compromise design for functionality and vice-versa.”
