Armani/Silos for young designers

Armani/Silos for young designers

Since its opening in April last year, Armani/Silos has dedicated particular attention to the new generation of creative talent, promoting itself as a space in which Giorgio Armani’s heritage can inspire new creative ideas. To encourage and support young people engaged in creative research, Armani/Silos has decided to collaborate with the School of Design of the Politecnico di Milano. The exhibition spaces in Via Bergognone 40 will host tours and lessons for students from the Politecnico di Milano; it will also welcome students on international exchanges, enrolled in international training workshops and involved in professional courses and master’s degree programmes. The international schools taking part in this project are: Tsinghua University (China) – Master’s in Fashion Management; Nest (China) – Interior Design & Architecture Course; Desarollo University (Chile) – Visual Merchandising & Retail Course; FIT (US) – Fashion Textile Design & History of Design Course; GD Goenka (India) – Design for the Fashion System Course.(Photo: Davide Lovatti)
