Vision Wellbeing the main player at Genoa October 1 through 6 VisionOttica, the sector's first glocal sign, is the exclusive optics partner of the 54th International Boat Show taking place in Genoa October 1 through 6, 2014. The other internationally prestigious brands include Jeep, Eataly, Yamaha, Grom and La Rinascente. The 2014 edition has a completely new look starting with the numbers: an area of 180,000 m2, 100,000 of which on water, 760 exhibitors, 1,000 craft, over 100 new products. There can be nothing nicer than watching the sea: breathtaking panoramas and exciting views, but also wind, sun and changes in light, so it is important to protect and strengthen vision with the proper optical products. This is the idea that encouraged VisionOttica to take part in the event: "Visitors come from all over Italy and from abroad and we are really happy to raise their awareness about the importance of protecting vision wellbeing also when sailing and practicing sports" – stated Angela Muto, VisionOttica Marketing Manager – "a task that we implement consistently with the positioning of our brand that unites optical centers with excellent eye care professionals and services". With the technical support of Essilor Italia, VisionOttica eye care professionals will welcome visitors to the stand where they will receive free eyesight screenings and advice about technical sunglasses frames and the most suitable optical products for fully enjoying the sea.
