Schalcon to launch Lipostamin at Mido 2014

The innovative eye spray unites moistening properties and adjuvant action for the most common forms of allergy Since 1977 Schalcon has been producing totally Made in Italy contact lenses and solutions and has always invested in technology, innovation and design with the aim of offering a complete range of leading-edge products.   Lipostamin is the latest arrival at Schalcon: the first eye and eyelid spray with liposomes that unites moistening properties and adjuvant action for the most common forms of allergies during spring and summer (dust and pollen).   Lipostamin is the only one of its kind. Currently there are no similar solutions in a spray format, which is practical and has a special design to guarantee sterility to the last drop.   Licorice, euphrasy, caper and helichrysum vegetable extracts are famous adjuvants that are indicated for allergic reactions to pollen, dust and other external agents and make Lipostamin useful for excessive tear production and reddening, burning or itching of the eyes and eyelids. It forms a thin protective film that creates a barrier to prevent environmental allergens from contacting eye mucus.   Lipostamin will be presented at the next edition of Mido and will be available in its handy 15 ml bottle from March 2014.
