NVision Laser Eye Centers Acquires Nevada Eye Care’s Two Las Vegas Practices

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.— NVision Laser Eye Centers has made its first acquisitions in the state of Nevada with the purchase of Nevada Eye Care's two practices in Las Vegas. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. This follows NVision's acquisition in November 2013 of the Capital Eye Medical Group in Carmichael, Calif., from ophthalmic surgeon, Mitra Ayazifar, MD, and two Sacramento-based eye surgery centers in January 2013, Meister Eye & Laser Center and the Eye Surgery Center of Northern California.   "The two Nevada Eye Care centers will be a great addition to the NVision family, now totaling 17 centers," said Todd Cooper, CEO of NVision, which operates 15 other locations throughout California.
