LARA D’ EYEWEAR RENEWS AGREEMENT WITH SKY SCHOOL

The brand will be the official technical partner of ski instructors at Santa Cristina, Valgardena, for the 2014/2015 winter season After the 2012 experience, LARA D' and the Sky School of Santa Cristina have signed a new agreement for the 2014/2015 winter season when ski instructors at the school in Valgardena will wear the new limited edition sports sunglasses that were designed and created specifically for them by the young designer, Lara D'. The idea of proposing two exclusive models dedicated to the Sky School at Santa Cristina came about at Mido during a meeting between the architect Lara D'Alpaos and one of the school's representatives. They were both pleased about the previous year's results and agreed to renew the collaboration. "We are particularly pleased" - Lara D' explained - "about being able to once again create two new models that are popular with ski instructors because of their design, color and the quality of the special multilayer mirrored lenses specifically designed for sports. This is an excellent opportunity that I hope will continue over time; it is also important to remember that the ski instructors at Santa Cristina operate in one of the best known and popular areas of the Alto Adige. Valgardena is in fact one of the most prestigious and renowned ski resorts in the Dolomites and, as a consequence, it is an excellent showcase for my brand also in terms of foreign markets."
