KAOS: YOUNG EYEWEAR GOES PUNK

Area98 presented its new line of frames designed for young determined rebels who are always ironic The originality of this collection is expressed in all its details, beginning with shape: a bicolor square or round front made interesting by a double bridge (like model KKV343) or totally unexpected decorative elements. Strong colors, aggressive details and contrasting hues increase visual impact in shades of red, black, electric blue and fuchsia – all strictly fluo.   KKV346 is strong and different. An edge of acetate runs along the temples and the top part of the front. The effect is of a dazzling, cheeky crest that conveys a refusal to conform while searching for a freer, wilder identity. The colors are almost like heavy makeup and worthy of the best music bands of the period.   Models KKV348 and KKV349 also feature details from the world of punk - metal balls along the temples and in the top corner of the brow look like body piercing.   Once again KAOS has interpreted the spirit and desires of young people in its new collection of stylish and ironic frames.
