
“Casa CECOP” at Mido 2014
A pleasant family atmosphere for members and an opportunity to present "Milano Collection", the Group's line of eyewear CECOP could not miss a global event like MIDO. The Group's international team welcomed members (and others) to what was renamed "Casa CECOP", the pleasant family atmosphere that is typical of all of the Group's meetings. The unquestionable protagonist in the CECOP space at the fair was The Fab Glasses, the house-brand line of frames that made its debut at Mido with the new "Milano Collection" inspired by Italian style. Also arousing great interest was the 2014 marketing plan that CECOP had prepared for its members and introduced awareness-raising campaigns that were unanimously welcomed by its members. Bernhard van Ommen, head of CECOP international development, said he was very pleased about the attendance at Mido by members from Europe and elsewhere and by the Group's partner companies, "which again demonstrated their support and interest in activating new collaboration initiatives". Also obvious at this edition of Mido was the desire by all parties who, as van Ommen commented, "are now more than ever ready to put the market situation of recent years behind them and start to drive growth again."
