X-Ide: a new colorful collection

The leitmotif of this year’s collection is color.

Tiziano Tabacchi, creative director of Immagine Eyewear, explains how also this year he has chosen to play around and experiment with temple decorations. While all the front pieces are intentionally very subdued and clean, the temples are genuine works of art. All the frames feature a lot of color and the introduction of bright tones – such as yellow, acid green, orange or red – or softer colors – like sky blue or violet.

Every temple is a tribute to expressiveness but is never over the top; the result is eyewear that is extremely light and comfortable to wear. Technical or esthetic solutions also make each model totally unique: from leather inserts to technical devices, every pair is a truly unique and precious object of design.

The entire X-Ide® collection was designed to meet the needs of an increasingly wider public: the unisex models have been joined by models specifically for women or men. The range also includes some Diamond® models, designed for a more mature public that needs progressive lenses, and others of the XE® line for the very young.
