Tommy Hilfiger celebrates its 25th anniversary

The new Tommy Hilfiger eyewear collection, produced and distributed by the Safilo Group, will debut in the autumn of 2010. The collection reflects the “neo-preppy” style of the Tommy Hilfiger brand name, an icon of the “all-American” spirit. Eyewear expresses a classic yet modern spirit in line with the classic American cool image of Tommy Hilfiger.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the brand, founded in 1985, Tommy Hilfiger will present the “TH 1985” sunglasses, an acetate model with a geometric form in vintage style, reminiscent of an “80s” taste. The iconic Tommy Hilfiger flag appears on the inside tip of the left temple, while the “HILFIGER” logo can be seen on the beginning of the temples.

This model is available in numerous color combinations typical of Tommy Hilfiger:
red, white, and blue. The “TH 1985” eyeglasses are available in white with blue/red/white temples, blue with white/blue/red temples, and dark pink with cream temples. They are also available in classic colors like black, dark Havana brown, and khaki with dark Havana brown temples.
