Tom Ford and Colin Firth together in A Single Man

Tom Ford has presented new frames for men and women featuring a strong personality, the ability to enhance a face and extraordinary quality based on luxury and comfort.

The collection comprises revisited versions of the Tom Ford models that have become real must-haves as well as vintage-inspired innovative models with ultra-contemporary shapes and colors. The Sixties-style frame makes its debut in the collection, a model inspired by the eyeglasses worn by Colin Firth for his leading role in the movie A Single Man.

“Every frame has the prestigious value of design. This is an element that is expected in innovative models, but it is more difficult to find in classic models. The aim is to avoid expressing a “retro” style and to try to be totally modern at all times”, Tom Ford said.

Tom Ford also presented two interesting vision frames for men.
Inspired by the character played by Colin Firth in A Single Man, directed by Tom Ford, the Sixties-style frame is introduced as a new vision model in acetate with an extra detail, the metal “T” logo on the temples. The sun model Maximillion [TF206] is launched in a vision version, TF5220: designer eyewear that is both innovative and prestigious.
