Swifty: vision and sun eyewear for sport

The special curved base geometry has been designed for strong sight correction. This means that Swifty is also available with the revolutionary ImpactRX lenses - a vision/sun lenses program patented by Rudy Project - to be worn when practicing sports.

Thanks to the development of ImpactX technology and the improvement due to the optical correction, ImpactRX lenses allow close up vision (for reading instruments, for example) as well as distance vision, without any interruption of outdoor sports activities. They guarantee high levels of safety and are shatterproof for life; additionally, images are sharper and clearer, the rainbow effect is limited and vision comfort is greater.

Through the collaboration with specialist optical laboratories, the use of extremely sophisticated cutting and finishing equipment (i.e. automatic systems for 5-axis processing and development of prismatic compensation parameters), and experience in adaptation for sports frames, excellent lenses for sports are made according to individual prescriptions. After the frame has been chosen, the optician simply issues the prescription and the parameters for fitting the eyewear on the face. Once Rudy Project receives the data, the eyewear can be delivered to the customer in 20 days. A product that is specifically made to meet the needs of individual sportspeople.
The open Swifty frame gives more aeration and ergonomics is assured by the adjustable nosepiece and temples entirely coated in rubber to guarantee perfect grip.
