New ideas from Byblos
The new Byblos collection just for women includes eight sun models in generous square or rounded shapes. Very bright colors create a play of contrasts with the refined materials that are meticulously crafted to leave nothing to chance.
In some models, such as BY 553 and BY 554, the protagonists are spaces and openings. BY 553 is geometrically square and the openings of the forked temples allow light to pass through. This feature, together with the shaded colors of lenses, gives the face added glow. The metal and nylon model has long end pieces in acetate.
Model BY 549 is worthy of note thanks to its shape and combinations of materials: a front piece in injected plastic and steel. Generously round with a metal wire along the entire upper part of the brow, it is the most vintage model in the collection. With irregular end pieces and the Byblos logo in metal on both temples, it comes in black, Havana or transparent gray.
BY 550, in two-color acetate, features a series of bas-reliefs on the upper part of the front piece and on the temples. In this model, the emphasis is on contrasting glossy and matte finishes. The originality of this model is highlighted by the two different colors.
Last but not least, BY 552 is generous and cat-shaped with an injected front piece, metal temples and an enameled Byblos logo in bas-relief on both temples. The special feature of this model is the metal temple that starts from the brow and continues in a broken line to the end piece.
The key feature of this new sun collection is the play of full and empty spaces, lines and bas-reliefs for fashion eyewear that is extrovert and naturally vintage.
