
Marcel Zamora-Perez wins with his Cébé at Ironman France in Nice
This victory took Marcel Zamora-Perez to the podium for the 5th consecutive year.
The Ironman France is the longest version of the Triathlon with a 3.8 km swim, 180 km bike and 42.195 km run. In this edition, the Spanish athlete finished the swim in 52 min., the cycle in 4h46 and the marathon in 2h42, a total of 8h 25min 28sec. and a new record.
Cébé is proud to have accompanied him in the race.
He beat Frederik Van Lierd from Belgium by 5 minutes and Switzerland’s Olivier Marceau by 27 minutes. Over 2500 professional and amateur triathletes began the race Sunday at 6.30am. The last participant crossed the finishing line at around 11am.
