Intercast and Gloryfy: an even closer partnership

An increasingly closer collaboration between Intercast Europe, the Parma company and owner of the exclusive NXT® patent, and Gloryfy, a young and dynamic Austrian company that is expanding fast thanks to ‘Unbreakable’ frames.
 
The first meeting between the two companies was a couple of years ago. Christoph Egger, the owner of Gloryfy, was looking for a partner that would make a tangible and reliable effort to find a ‘material’ that had excellent mechanical and optical qualities. The NXT® platform developed by Intercast Europe was the solution.
 
Gloryfy is an emerging company in the sports frames sector, a very specific market segment that requires top-quality products with high levels of technical performance. Trusting in the excellence of the NXT® platform was an obligatory decision. Technology, performance and innovation are the values shared by the two companies. This common vision, combined with the excellent sales results achieved last year, has consolidated the partnership over time and it has become strategic to such an extent that at Mido 2010 a Gloryfy corner – frame display, POP materials and a test station – was hosted at the Intercast Europe stand.
 
The NXT® platform has become an essential part of the Austrian company’s development plan. For this reason, soon there will be the launch of goggles based on this technological platform and at the moment discussions are underway for the upcoming development of NXT® frames.
 
By making available a material that is totally unbreakable, with an excellent memory and resistance to chemicals, the NXT® technological platform has been shown to be extremely functional, even for frames.

Thanks to the color variants available - including Orange developed specifically for Gloryfy - NXT® lenses do not neglect the aesthetic aspect and at the same time they can offer maximum protection from a variety of light irradiation conditions.

The polarizing Polar version is in fact ideal where there are reflections from direct sunlight and in all cases in which diffused light increases glare from reflecting surfaces such as at sea or in the mountains.
The photochromic version VariaTM is ideal in changing light conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
