Borsalino: new products for next season
After the successful presentation of the first collection at Mido last March, Borsalino was also at Silmo 2010.
The new 2010-2011 collection was successful with distributors from new countries, which Borsalino plans to enter gradually starting 2011, while numerous new outlets in the top-range domestic market have increased the strong presence of Borsalino Eyewear.
As envisaged, the real protagonists include the two versions of the men’s model in warm honey and brown horn. The precise finishes and the elegant line met with the approval of more demanding men who will soon make it a must-have.
Obviously, more ambitious ladies could be anything but indifferent to the brilliance of the Swarovski models. The two vision models in metal emphasize the possibility of blending an ultra-refined and elegant model with an easily-adaptable classical line, whereas amazement was the reaction to the charm of the sun model given by the contrast between dark lenses and frame and a sudden light from a cascade of Swarovski crystals.
As usual, visitors highly appreciated the understated appeal and the use of extremely high quality materials that distinguish Borsalino products. Special nuances amazed and enchanted both female and male consumers for their originality.
The 2010-2011 season promises to have a wealth of new initiatives, with great steps being taken to captivate an international niche market. The company’s designers are already planning the use of very new materials and even more innovative models for the next collection so that creativity continues to be one of the strong points.
At the Firenze Moda Occhiale event, October 17, Borsalino will take part in the fashion shows organized by Maestro Ottico in the prestigious 16th-century Palazzo Vecchio with a dozen top models from the newly presented collection.
