Anci conference: speed and the ability to listen are the levers for the future
“Future. Fashion. Footwear. Future ideas about products and technologies at the service of consumers” was the subject of the conference organized by Anci in Vigevano on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Cimac-Centro Italiano Materiali di Applicazione Calzaturiera.
A gathering of Italian and international experts. Speed, the ability to listen and emotional quality are, according to Vito Di Bari (Di Bari Innovation Design), the cards that Italian companies must play to overcome the challenges of the future.
A scenario that will be characterized by detection, immobility and leap: the three moments that will determine change and the passage to a new stage. Carlo Alberto Carnevale Maffé (professor of strategy at SDA Bocconi) has investigated such subjects as product traceability for transparency, consumer profiling, the importance of a new intellectual property culture, and a new model for interfacing between offer and demand in the footwear sector.
The talk by Enrico Cietta (economist and Diomedea senior partner) focused on consumers as an integral part of the production process given that their information and system of values contribute to determining prices for proposals.
The work was brought to a close by Sergio Dulio, consultant and expert in advanced technologies for the footwear industry, who underscored the need to identify more systems for providing companies with the answers to problems and production requirements: it is essential to have a more systematic approach and pay more attention to green & clean issues.
