Tom Cruise chooses Silhouette for 'Collateral'

Tom Cruise, one of the world's best-loved actors, was pleasantly surprised by Silhouette eyewear's comfort and design, but he wasn't content to have one of the models that are already on the market.

So, on Cruise's special request, Silhouette designed a unique pair of glasses: the titanium temples and bridge are from the Tma collection, and the wraparound lenses were 'borrowed' from model 4048 in the Minimal X collection.

The result? A pair of glasses that are as 'mysterious' as Tom's role in his latest movie, 'Collateral', which was presented at the Venice Film Festival and is shortly to be released in Italian cinemas.
