Shareholding agreement between Mazzuchelli and Forsym

Mazzuchelli 1849, world leader in the sector of acetate for frame production, now holds capital stock in Forsym, a French industrial group specializing in micro-technologies (micromechanics and plastic microinjection) for the manufacture of components for eyewear and watches.

The group has two separate divisions: Maier for Comotec watches, and Girod for eyewear. The group's eyewear division has 420 employees, a total of four sales companies in the Usa, Hong Kong, Italy and France, and billings of 38 million euros.
