Partnership between Obe Italy and Berlac AG

Berlac AG, the Swiss company producing enamels, paints and mixtures with special colors and effects always up-to-the-minute, has signed a collaboration agreement with Obe Italy for the exclusive sale of its products in the eyewear sector and on the Italian market.

Obe Italy, the Italian subsidiary of the German group Obe, is the leading company for the sale of precision components for plastic and metal eyewear and it has been on the market with its own structure and warehouse for many years.

The agreement between Berlac and Obe Italy is the result of a shared vision in terms of innovative and quality products, a continuous commitment to research and a similar sales policy that is always aware of special needs.

Specifically, the presence of a warehouse of Berlac products at Obe Italy's base in Calalzo (Belluno) will guarantee flexibility and fast deliveries.

The agreement, which has already been signed, will take full effect in January: from January 17, 2005, all orders for Berlac products will be sent directly and only to Obe Italy which will organize deliveries. Current orders and those prior to January 17, 2005, will be handled by Berlac itself until they are all fulfilled.
