Open Day in Paris for Nxt

Following the great success it has achieved, in order to expand the number of reference markets Nxt, the revolutionary high performance optical polymer - guaranteed to be shatterproof for life - for which Intercast holds exclusive patent rights, will be presented to the press during Silmo. The presentation event will be held on Friday, October 22, starting at 1 pm at the Meudon D Room of Hotel Sofitel, Paris Porte de Sèvres.

This rendezvous will represent an opportunity to illustrate the results achieved to date and the further developments and applications of Nxt. In fact, following the opening speech by Paolo Baiocchi, President of Intercast Europe, the event program envisages several noteworthy technical demonstrations, and guests will have an opportunity to interact directly with the technical staff.

Moreover, at this time Intercast will promote the success of the Nxt Polar family of polarizing lenses, paying special attention to the brand-new Nxt Polar Varia photochromatic polarizing lenses. The Nxt Polar Varia formula combines the benefits of polarized lenses with tested Varia III photochromatic treatment, offering unique visual performance for state-of-the-art sports eyewear.

Lastly, the Mantide and Helsinki models will be displayed again. These exclusive prototypes, which are owned and patented by Intercast Europe SpA, have been made entirely with Nxt in collaboration with the Research Center of the European Design Institute. They debuted worldwide during Mido 2004 and are being presented again at Silmo for all those who have not had a chance to see them yet.
