New Forerunner Bode Miller helmet with goggles from Briko

Briko presents the Forerunner Bode Miller helmet, an exclusive model combined with pearl white Icarus goggles and dedicated to the great alpine skiing champion who started racing for the first time at Kitzbühel on January 23 and will be visiting stores this fall.

Forerunner Bode Miller was developed and produced in collaboration with Barilla, Bode Miller's main sponsor. As well as the American skier's signature, helmet aesthetics include the Italian food group's colors, a blue background with red and white logos, exactly the same colors as the US flag on Briko's external cap.

From a technical point of view, Forerunner Bode Miller is at the cutting edge of Briko production. The polycarbonate external cap is treated with UV protective paint and the supporting shell is in controlled-density Eps. Meryl fabric is used for the lining and it is anallergic and antibacterial. The padded chin strap has a Metal Block buckle. Forerunner Bode Miller helmets are CE Fisi 1077 and Astm homologated.

But Briko has also thought about youngsters. The new law on safety on the ski slopes means that kids of up to 14 must wear helmets, so they'll be able to comply by wearing the Forerunner Bode Miller Jr. model.
