Licensing agreement between Allison and Mercedes

Allison and Mercedes-Benz Accessories GmbH have signed a five-year licensing agreement, renewable for a further 5 years, for the creation, production and distribution of the famous German company's sun and vision collections.

Mercedes-Benz Accessories GmbH, which is part of the DaimlerChrysler AG Group, handles the worldwide development, design and distribution of original products with the Mercedes-Benz, Maybach and Slr labels. The main products are technical accessories and the Mercedes-Benz Collection.

In collaboration with Allison, the first Mercedes-Benz eyewear collection of around 25 models, which all feature high standards in terms of luxury, technology, style and quality, will debut next spring at Mido, and they will be available soon at selected outlets.

Thanks to the successful teaming up with Allison's inventiveness and planning, the lines and design of the Mercedes-Benz eyewear collection fully represent a brand identity where classy lines have always accompanied lifestyle requirements.

It is Allison's intention that its presence on the world market will be further strengthened by this operation, which will include powerful international communication activities to back up the launch of the new collection.
