Indo with the Aquila patrol at Paris-Dakar

Indo has equipped the Aquila patrol in the motorbike category for the 26th Paris-Dakar Rally. It is the first time that the Spanish group, which produces ophthalmic lenses and optical material, has sponsored this sports event.

Aimed at offering the maximum in vision health, Indo has kitted out the motorcyclists with Supersport high-protection ophthalmic lenses. These have been specially designed for anyone who goes in for dangerous sports where light levels are high, outdoors, or up in the mountains.

Supersport lenses are distinguished by the high level of protection from ultraviolet rays. At the same time, the lenses have incorporated a green filter that regulates the light to give wearers greater comfort. More contrast and the elimination of side reflections, thanks to the multilayer antireflection treatment, are the other advantages.

Lastly, Supersports have been given a toughening treatment that makes them ten times stronger in unfavorable conditions.
