Airess goes into liquidation

The court of Bourg-en-Bresse ordered the total liquidation of Airess, the French company which produced the Dunhill, Escada, and Morgan brands, amongst others. The liquidation follows on indebtedness of 45 million euros, equal to Airess' billings, and will lead to the dismissal of 198 people.

According to the French portal, Acuité, investors are interested in buying the company. Specifically, France's L'Amy and a Swiss investment company.
