Agreement between Certottica and US laboratory Ics

Collaboration between the Italian laboratories at Certottica and those of Ics in the United States continues with a new agreement on the certification of personal protection equipment.

The agreement signed will allow the two laboratories to serve the entire world market with regard to protective eyewear, head protection, respirators and protective clothing and gloves.

Through this initiative, the manufacturers of these devices in the European and American markets, respectively, will have a single reference body offering a complete test and certification service which covers the entire range of Personal Protective Equipment.

With regard to the growing Asian market, being ascertained that producers in the Far East countries require an operator on the ground in China and Taiwan, the new agreement will therefore allow Certottica to use the Asian agent whose specific task is to promote the test and certification activity carried out by the laboratories.
