Olidei gets Gai Mattiolo license

A five-year licensing agreement was signed recently between Gai Mattiolo and Olidei for the production and distribution of the Capitoline fashion house's eyewear.

The first collection will be ophthalmic and sunglasses for women and it will make its debut in October at Silmo, Paris. 'It will be an international launch', Olidei sales director Ferruccio De Petris told Milano Finanza Fashion. 'In Italy we plan to open 500 doors. During the first year, which will be 2005, we hope to reach 80 thousand pieces.'
