Sul palco dell'Ariston tra canzoni e buona musica, protagonisti anche gli occhiali, da vista e da sole Se quest'anno Arisa dice addio agli occhialoni che l'hanno resa famosa, c'è invece chi - sul palco Sanremese - ne ha fatto orgoglioso sfoggio (e pare porti anche fortuna!) : Samuele Bersani indossava degli inequivocabili occhiali da nerds, ovvero, per dirla alla oxfordiana, "da sfigato". Ma la sfortuna guarda altrove, visto che il cantautore bolognese si è aggiudicato l'ambito premio della critica, spuntandola di un solo voto sul più maturo Eugenio Finardi. Sarà merito dell'aria tenera e spaesata che gli regalavano gli occhiali? D'altronde questo accessorio, divenuto nel tempo raffinato, tanto ambito e sfoggiato sui red carpet di tutto il mondo, era nel suo destino: nel 2006 nel suo album Aldiqua spiccava la commovente "Occhiali rotti" dedicata al giornalista Enzo Baldoni.   Lenti anti-iella anche per la vincitrice assoluta: Emma Marrone giù dal palco, ha inforcato anche lei una bella montatura da vista in perfetto stile secchiona per rilasciare le interviste prima della serata finale. Ci ha visto lungo, non c'è che dire, ed ha agguantato la vittoria, spuntandola proprio su Arisa, seconda, che proprio quest'anno ha deciso di appendere gli occhiali al chiodo. Un segno del destino? Meno profetici quelli tondi in stile John Lennon di Lucio Dalla, in coppia con il giovane cantautore Pierdavide Carone, eliminati e ripescati, nella classifica finale si piazzano al penultimo posto. Per niente profetici, ma un tantino prosaici, quelli esibiti dal Molleggiato nella sua tele predica sanremese.   Occhiali da vista, ma ancheda sole. Benché il galateo imporrebbe di indossarli solo all'aperto, non pochi gli artisti che hanno sfidato le possibili ire di Monsignor Della Casa, sfoggiando lenti scure durante le loro esibizioni. Saranno stati i riflettori o le luci della ribalta a dar loro fastidio? O semplicemente la voglia di stupire? Li ha portati a suon di rap Shaggy nel suo duetto con Chiara Civello, sono stati la coperta di Linus della Bertè nazionale che però si era già scusata anni prima per questo affronto all'etichetta (cantava , già nel 1982 un profetico "Non sono una signora"!). Gli occhiali scuri sono, da sempre, un elemento distintivo del cantante portoricano Josè Feliciano, cieco dalla nascita che ha conquistato la platea cantando Que serà versione spagnola di Che sarà, in coppia con l'ex quattrocchi Rosalba Pippa (ovvero Arisa). Lenti scure irrinunciabili anche per Claudia Mori: li indossava imperturbabile come giudice di X-Factor, li ha riproposti in versione barricadiera al Festival della canzone quando agguerrita difendeva il marito Adriano Celentano.   Li ha sfoggiati anche la bellissima Ivanka nei giorni del collarino, facendo il giro delle tv nazionali, quando doveva rinunciare alla prima serata del festival a causa di una dolorosa, quanto intempestiva, "cervicalgia con blocco lombare" e le lenti scure erano l'unico modo per nascondere gli occhi grigio-azzurri velati dalle lacrime (di dolore o di rabbia e disperazione per essere stata subito rimpiazzata?). E che dire della versione ridanciana dell'accoppiata Morandi-Pellegrini? Occhiali a chitarra e a bicchiere per cocktail, piuttosto improbabili ma azzeccati per dare vita al momento disco-music. E se Morandi non ha avuto bisogno di occhiali da vista per leggere il gobbo, probabilmente avrebbe voluto un bel paio di occhiali "rosa" per vedere tutto più facile.   Tra montature da vista, occhiali da sole (e farfalline!) , Sanremo 2012 è stata davvero una "buona visione"! However, bad luck seemed to be looking the other way, as the singer-songwriter from Bologna won the coveted critics award by just one vote over the more mature Eugenio Finardi. Could it be down to the little-boy-lost look that those glasses give him? Bersani appears to have an affinity for this accessory, which has now become a refined, much sought-after and flaunted item on red carpets all over the world: his 2006 album, Aldiqua, featured the moving track entitled "Occhiali rotti" (Broken Glasses) dedicated to journalist Enzo Baldoni.   And were that lovely nerdy pair worn off-stage by overall winner Emma Marrone during pre-final show interviews her lucky charm? She certainly had her eye on victory, no doubt about it, and in the end pipped Arista to the post, the singer who decided just this year to do away with her glasses. Was that a sign? Less prophetic were the round John Lennon glasses worn by Lucio Dalla who was partnered with the young singer-songwriter Pierdavide Carone. The duo was eliminated and then called back again, but ended up second to last in the final ranking. Not at all prophetic, but slightly prosaic was the pair donned by Adriano Celentano, the Molleggiato, in his Sanremo TV sermon.   Eyeglasses for some and sunglasses for others. Although etiquette says they should only be worn outdoors, a good number of artists defied social graces and wore dark glasses during their performances. Perhaps they had trouble seeing under the spotlights... or maybe they just wanted more of the limelight! Rap star Shaggy wore them as he duetted with Chiara Civello, Loredana Berté kept hers like a security blanket, although she did apologise for her bad manners years ago (in 1982 she sang the prophetic hit song "Non sono una signora" - I'm not a lady!). Dark glasses have always accompanied the Puerto Rican singer Jose Feliciano, blind from birth, who won over the audience as he sang Que Será in Spanish, duetting with the once four-eyed Rosalba Pippa (alias Arisa). And Claudia Mori couldn't be seen without her dark glasses. Having worn them as a judge on the X Factor, she displayed them valiantly at the Music Festival as she defended husband Adriano Celentano.   They were also sported by the lovely Ivanka while wearing her neck collar, as she did the rounds on national TV, and had to forgo doing the first night of the festival because of painful and untimely "cervicalgia with lumbago." The dark glasses were the only way to hide the tears in her grey-blue eyes (but were they caused by pain or anger and despair at being replaced straightaway?). And what can we say about the jolly pair worn by the Morandi and Pellegrini duo? Guitar-shaped spectacles and cocktail "glasses" were hardly credible but did the job of animating the disco section. Although Morandi didn't need eyeglasses to read the autocue, he could probably have done with a nice pair of rose-tinted spectacles to look through.   With its cast of eyeglasses, sunglasses (and butterflies!), Sanremo 2012 was quite a "spectacle!"
