Le isole Galapagos meta dell'esclusivo appuntamento annuale dell'azienda riservato agli ottici Essilor ha rinnovato anche per il 2012 l'appuntamento esclusivo di "Essilor Explorer", un viaggio per regalare agli ottici la possibilità di vivere un'esperienza unica insieme al team Essilor, con ogni anno una destinazione sempre diversa. Essilor Explorer nasce 22 anni fa come momento di condivisione tra azienda ed ottico in cui il viaggio diventa un'esplorazione del mondo, di luoghi e di valori comuni. La meta prescelta per quest'ultima edizione sono state le Isole Galapagos, l'incantevole arcipelago appartenente all'Ecuador ha fatto da cornice a quest'avventura alla scoperta delle isole vulcaniche. Sono state pianificate due sessioni di viaggio, una dal 12 al 20 aprile e l'altra dal 4 al 12 maggio, entrambe con una forte adesione da parte dei punti vendita 'Centro Specialista Varilux' italiani. In particolare ad accompagnare gli ospiti nell'ultima data sono intervenuti Marco Caccini – Direttore Generale Essilor Italia e Laurent Schmitt – Vice Presidente Sud Europa che hanno condiviso con gli ottici le meravigliose escursioni previste nel ricco programma, ideato appositamente per il gruppo coinvolto e con una cura dei dettagli che è distintiva della professionalità di Essilor.
