Visottica Comotec, a company based in the Veneto region and world leader in the production of eyewear components, has completed the acquisition of 50% of Eurodecori, a company of excellence based in Belluno and specialised in the production and processing of elements made in zamak (a zinc alloy).
The agreement between the two companies includes an option for the purchase of 100% of the shares of Eurodecori.
