This creates unique projects of a few numbered items, made with innovative technologies in new fabrics and treatments.
The garment in Nylon Metal, iconic iridescent Stone Island fabric undergoes a cutting-edge artisanal flocking procedure: the garment is sprayed with an adhesive substance and then exposed to the cotton flock. The creation of an electromagnetic field straightens the fibrils, which are attracted by the garment due to the uniqueness of this technique. The flocked garment is then dyed with double recipe, nylon and cotton, providing highly contrasting colours for a unique and unrepeatable effect, different on each garment.
