The digital strategy of Silhouette pushes the drive-to-store experience.

To satisfy modern consumers who have changed their purchasing habits, Silhouette has created Click & Collect, a hybrid shopping initiative combining the online and offline experiences.

How the project works

On the website, the consumer finds the Virtual Try-On function, which offers the opportunity to try on the whole range of Silhouette glasses comfortably in their own home. Equipped with intuitive navigation, integrated search filters and in-depth information on the product, it is designed to help customers find the perfect glasses to suit their needs. Customers can select sunglasses and eye glasses (up to 3 pairs) with the Click & Collect service, which Silhouette will send to the selected optician before the customer’s arranged appointment, without any obligation to buy.

The online shop

Alongside Click & Collect, the company is launching an online shop for sunglasses, with home delivery. The consumer can browse the entire range of Silhouette sunglasses. The website provides detailed information on each item and delivery times. Home delivery and returns are free of charge.
