D.MO - a company specialising in project management and industrialisation of products for the outdoor world and whose management team consists of former Cébé employees, Sébastien Delsaux and Maxime Bos - and Racer -the French company created in 1927 and specialised in the production of protective gloves and equipment - have joined forces to buy the Cébè brand from the Bollé Brands Group. The takeover, which was officially signed on 7 October is backed by the long-term financial partners of Racer: Upperside Capital Partners and 123 IM.
