With these words Simona Finessi describes the Best Italian Exhibition Design Selection project: “Temporary architecture is generally considered by national and international publishers as a sort of design cinderella; while instead it represents a very important part of the design expression both in terms of quality and of productive opportunity for many small professional realities”.

On 10 October 2019, at the Casa dell’Architettura in Rome, took place the official presentation of the Volume Best Italian Exhibition Design will take place, in conjunction with the inauguration of the SPAM DreamCity, the first Rome architecture festival conceived and conducted by the Order of Architects of Rome, to be held in the Italian Capital from 10 to 18 October 2019.

On that occasion the related exhibition of the selected works will also be inaugurated. The latter, in particular, will aim to illustrate on 45 large-format panels the leading projects in a simple and easy-to-manage display mode, in order to make the Show as itinerant and accessible as possible.

The exhibition will be open to the public free of charge from 10 to 19 October 2019. Then the show will have other important stages such as the Design Week 2020 at the Open Space and will end its journey during the Miami Archweek in November 2020.
