The Marcolin Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Massimo Renon, have mutually agreed to terminate their contractual relationship with effect from April 14, 2020.
"The Board of Directors" - states the press note - "thanks Massimo Renon for his efforts and support to the company over the last three years directing it towards a future of further success".
Until the established termination date, Massimo Renon will continue to exercise his powers of Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Marcolin.
